The New Business Representative will "own" and be accountable for Annuity policy applications as they move through the issuance process including initial review of the application through the final receipt of forms on delivery. The role is responsible for customer service, issuance, and administrative functions. Interpret and fulfill all requirements necessary for accurate processing, following current procedures in accordance with industry/state regulations and compliance directives. Stay current on product and case education and associate training/coaching. This role will work without close supervision and exercise independent judgment while problem solving and resolving system/processing issues in a professional manner. Utilize time management and organizational skills while prioritizing, multitasking, and swiveling quickly between assignments. Willingly work within a team concept to accomplish departmental goals. Work within a fast-paced environment; with a strong commitment to driving down policy turnaround times.
