Candidates with hands on selling experience in this territory is highly preferred. We offer a competitive guaranteed base salary + an UNCAPPED COMMISSION PLAN on all new sales contracts. As a New Business Development Rep, you must be self-driven, goal oriented, highly competitive and a relationship builder. Must have B2B experience in canvasing, prospecting, cold calling, networking and creating long term relationships with prospective commercial property clients. You will network, cold call, prospect, organize client lunch & learn presentations and attend industry trade show events to solidify new business contracts opportunities.
