About The Position

The New Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business leads through various channels including telemarketing, tradeshows, inbound and outbound calls, web, and advertisements. This role also involves managing and training both new and current sales associates, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed. The manager will be responsible for reporting monthly status updates to management and developing a tracking system for lead generation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years inside sales experience.
  • Previous management skills required.
