About The Position

Sodexo’s Corporate Services segment is hiring a dynamic New Business Development Executive to join our team. This newly created role is designed for a strategic sales professional with deep expertise in facilities management and a passion for transforming the workplace experience through branded environments. Workplace by Sodexo is more than a service model—it’s a people-centric approach that integrates facilities management, design, and culture to drive productivity, employee engagement, and brand identity. We are seeking a sales leader who understands the impact of workplace branding—wall graphics, signage, environmental design, and spatial identity—and how these elements can shape company culture and reinforce organizational values.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling facilities management solutions
  • A strong understanding of how workplace branding enhances the employee experience
  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach focused on long-term client value
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 7 years

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by targeting key decision makers across corporate environments
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through research, networking, and strategic outreach
  • Partner with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets
