In this role, you will be responsible for growing sales by finding new people and places to stock our line of products. You will engage with small business owners to learn how Games Workshop can help them make more money. Listening, learning, and understanding each person's circumstances is crucial to your success. Your tasks will include cold-calling independent retail outlets, fact-finding about their business, and convincing them to stock and sell our product range. You will build strong relationships to establish an ongoing pipeline of clients, identify opportunities to close sales, and generate new business. Additionally, you will generate your own leads and ensure that every new business you open is prepared for a long-lasting relationship with Games Workshop. You will be responsible for creating and delivering a plan to open a new business and working to establish your plan and key performance indicators (KPIs).
