To accomplish this, we’re building a digitally focused team that deeply understands the intersection between user experience, data, and AI/ML to optimize the way we engage with our customers and partners. The New Business Agent is a production-focused sales role centered on General Liability insurance. You will handle inbound leads, underwrite and quote policies, and guide contractors through the bind process. You will also field inbound calls across other product lines including surety bonds and Workers Compensation as volume dictates. This role starts fully onsite in our Sacramento office. Following your ramp period, the schedule transitions to a hybrid model with one remote day per week. Additionally, this role offers a competitive base with performance-based commission for producing agents. Base pay: $52,000 to $62,000 per year, plus overtime as applicable Performance-based commission tied to production — strong performers earn significantly above base Total compensation at plan: $76,000 to $98,000+ Commission is uncapped
