About The Position

The JUUT education programs are customized so that you can choose your passion: 1) Color Specialist, 2) Stylist/Cutting, or 3) You can opt to do both Cut and Color. You get to choose your path at JUUT. This program begins March 31st, 2026. A few things to know about JUUT: Leadership: We meet you where you are at and support you along the way. Flexibility: On average, our artists work four days a week after completing the training program and earn 25% more than the industry average. Training: It’s a hands-on program! You will be working with clients by week three, and you will always have support from an educator right by your side. Our training is 1/3 learning and 2/3 hands-on practice during the program. Opportunity: Ongoing education is what we’re known for. We offer opportunities throughout the year to stay up-to-date on the trends and techniques that interest you most and support your artistry. Throughout your career at JUUT, there are many pathways to make your dreams a reality. Become a Master Artist, Educator, Salon Manager, or guide others in a Team Leadership Role.
