Review daily reports of customer level maintenance for validity and correctness while ensuring receipt of supporting documentation. Review new account documentation for adherence to regulatory and/or legal requirements and bank policy. Perform system review of customer and account level input for accuracy and completeness. Work with branch personnel to clear documentation exceptions on new or revised accounts. Monitor accounts for compliance with the USA Patriot Act performing necessary steps to maintain compliance. May be cross-trained on various positions in the department. Assist with other job-related duties as requested by supervisor/manager.
