Integrated APP Function: Play a central role in the patient journey—including initial assessments, perioperative care, inpatient rounding, outpatient follow-ups, and care coordination. Comprehensive Specialty Support: Collaborate with specialists in neurocritical care, spine surgery, interventional radiology, pain management, and physical medicine & rehabilitation. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited CRNP or PA-C program—new graduates with interest in neurosurgery are encouraged to apply.
• Passion for providing empathetic, high-quality neurosurgical care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a multidisciplinary team.
• Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania.
