About The Position
The USF Department of Neurosurgery, Brain and Spine is seeking a full-time neurosurgeon to develop a clinical practice in Brooksville, FL in partnership with TGH Brooksville Hospital. The individual may have the opportunity to conduct clinical research and participate in resident teaching.
Requirements
- M.D. degree
- Neurosurgery residency
- Eligible to obtain a FL medical license.
- Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate, Full Professor.
Nice To Haves
- Fellowship is not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Clinical responsibilities include 1-2 days/week outpatient practice and 3-4 days OR/Inpatient treating patients with injury to or diseases/disorders of the brain, spinal cord and spinal column, and peripheral nerves using neurosurgical techniques.
