Requirements
- Board certified/eligible in Neurosurgery at time of employment
- Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
Nice To Haves
- Stroke specialty training preferred
