Summary 5 neurosurgeons and 6 advanced practice providers Service area approaching one million people High Volume Center Level II Trauma Center, Neurosciences Unit State-of-the-art technology and surgical approaches Only Neurosurgical group in Central Minnesota Schedule Mix of clinic and OR Clinic hours 8am-5pm 1:5 Call – Call supported by APPs Pay and Benefits Salary range: $790,000 - $990,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
