At Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, the Neuroscience team is dedicated to tackling complex brain health challenges such as multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and schizophrenia, aiming to develop treatments, find cures, and pioneer the path from lab to life while championing patients. Intra-Cellular Therapies, a Johnson & Johnson company, is expanding its CAPLYTA® commercial team to become a leader in neuroscience. The Neuroscience Sales Representative (NSR) is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales expectations within their assigned Providence, RI territory (including southeastern MA, Cape Cod, and all of RI) in an ethical and compliant manner. The NSR will understand and identify customer needs, align marketing resources, and support pull-through activities, embodying Intra-Cellular’s corporate vision of delivering innovative treatments to improve the lives of individuals with neuropsychiatric, neurologic, and other disorders. This role requires superior product and disease state knowledge for in-depth clinical dialogue with healthcare professionals, as well as the creation of local strategic and tactical plans, differential resource allocation, and effective budget and expense management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patients, tenacity for results, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
