About The Position

Emory University School of Medicine’s Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences is offering a full-time faculty position for a diagnostic neuroradiologist to join the Division of Neuroradiology. Clinical fellowship in neuroradiology is required. The ideal candidate will have an interest in the high-level practice of diagnostic neuroradiology as part of a multi-hospital healthcare system. This opening is a 100% neuroradiology position consisting of reading diagnostic neuroradiology and performing core neuroradiology procedures (lumbar puncture and myelography). The Division of Neuroradiology is currently staffed by more than 25 faculty who provide subspecialized diagnostic inpatient and outpatient clinical service across core Emory Healthcare sites (Emory University Hospital and Emory University Hospital Midtown) and Grady Memorial Hospital. The division also covers outpatient neuroradiology for additional sites including Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital, Emory Johns Creek Hospital, Emory Decatur Hospital, and Emory Hillandale Hospital. There are opportunities for remote work or a hybrid of on-site and remote work. State-of-the-art clinical equipment is present across the enterprise. Extensive research facilities including dedicated research imaging equipment are available. In addition, there are strong intra- and interdepartmental clinical and research collaborations already in place. The position offers the opportunity to work with and train exceptional neuroradiology fellows (9 one-year fellow positions) and outstanding radiology residents (80 total radiology residents).
