Job Summary and Responsibilities Provides appropriate and effective neuropsychological care as required to diagnose and treat the psychological manifestations of neurological, psychiatric, and medical conditions. Works collaboratively with the Department Chair, Practice Manager, and BNI senior leadership to ensure that high quality patient care is provided in an efficient and consistent manner. Participates in the training, supervision, and evaluation of psychometrists, as applicable. Participates in activities that improve patient access and patient satisfaction. Develops and maintains positive relationships with community health care providers to develop and encourage bi-directional patient referrals. Attends to medical records in a timely and appropriate manner to facilitate continuity of care, confidentiality of information, compliance with medical reporting standards, and accurate and timely billing of services. Complies with regulatory and accreditation requirements for patient care, medical records, and billing activities, and works cooperatively with regulatory and accreditation staff members to ensure compliance.
