About The Position
The Neuromodulation Specialist position at BrainStim Centers, Inc. is a full-time role focused on providing non-pharmaceutical brain health care through Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments. This position is integral to the patient care team, working under the supervision of the COO and directly contributing to the health care plans of patients. The specialist will be responsible for conducting neuromodulation treatments, ensuring that patients receive thoughtful and proactive care throughout their treatment journey. The role requires a strong understanding of psychological and neurological principles, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with patients about their treatment protocols and the scientific basis behind them. In addition to performing TMS treatments, the Neuromodulation Specialist will monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being, maintaining accurate records and compiling data related to their conditions. This position demands a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with patients and colleagues. The specialist will also be expected to generate reports and may need to graph, calculate, and compile data as part of their responsibilities. The role is designed for individuals who are intrinsically motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving in a clinical environment.
