Neurology Technologist - Electroencephalography
About The Position
Performs neurodiagnostic testing including Electroencephalography (EEG), Evoked Potentials (EP), Nerve Conduction Velocity (NCV), and Intra-Operative Neurophysiological Monitoring. With limited supervision (Note: Trainees must be directly supervised by a senior technologist). This position at times will require the caregiver to be on-call. Requirements
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of experience in hospital setting or an allied health field.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Continued education involving the basic sciences, and 1 year experience in hospital setting or an allied health field.
- Successful completion and registration in EEG, EP, and/or NCV upon hire.
- Certification or eligible to take the CNIM Certification examination upon hire.
