About The Position

HCA HealthONE Swedish is seeking a neurologist to join HCA HealthONE Neurology Specialists and to serve on their neurology residency faculty. HCA HealthONE Neurology Specialists is made up of six employed Neurologists and two advanced practice providers. Swedish is a Level I Trauma Center and acute care hospital with 504 licensed beds. Swedish is home to an ACGME accredited categorical neurology residency, with 6 resident spots per year. Swedish serves as the Rocky Mountain Region's referral center for neurotrauma and as the region's first Joint Commission certified Comprehensive Stroke Center. Swedish is a recognized leader in providing the most advanced stroke care. Located in Englewood, CO, Swedish has served the south Denver metro area for over 115 years.

Requirements

• Board certified in neurology
• 3 years of practice experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for teaching

Responsibilities

• Supervise neurology residents in their outpatient continuity clinic, up to three half days per week
• Provide resident instruction on procedures
• Deliver lectures to residents, fellows, and APPs
