About The Position

MercyOne Waterloo Neurology is seeking a clinic-based neurologist to join an established practice with two neurologists and one neuro-hospitalist. The position involves shared call with nurse triage only, meaning there is no hospital or ER call required. The neurologist will treat a wide variety of neurological conditions in complex patients and it is preferred that the candidate is trained to perform EMGs and read EEGs. The practice offers full specialty support with established referral patterns and a patient base. Additionally, the organization is H-1B cap exempt and accepts J-1 candidates.

Requirements

• Board certification in Neurology.
• Training to perform EMGs and read EEGs (preferred).
