About The Position

CentraCare is seeking a Neurology Advanced Practice Provider to join the dynamic team of providers at CentraCare Neurosciences. In this position, you will be working primarily in the treatment of headache and facial pain conditions such as migraine headaches, temporomandibular disorders, autonomic trigeminal cephalgia, trigeminal nerve injury and trigeminal neuralgia as well as neuropathy. Opportunity to perform injections/procedures. Requirements

Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or current Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure
Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card
Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges
Open to New Grads

Nice To Haves

Experience in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pain Management or Acute Care, preferred.
