About The Position

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree, with an advanced degree being a plus. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry, with a preference for 4 years in Sales Management. Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, pain management, or other specialties will be considered, with experience selling in the MS market being desirable. The role demands a demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives, along with a documented high performance in sales and leadership. Candidates must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, and be able to operate a motor vehicle for local, regional, and occasional overnight travel. The ability to secure and maintain reasonable industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments is essential. Building and sustaining positive relationships, along with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills, is crucial. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen, maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment, and have experience in small company and start-up environments. The role requires the ability to travel up to 75%.

Requirements
