We are seeking a highly experienced individual to join our team in the pharmaceuticals industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, with an advanced degree being a plus, and at least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry, including 4 years in Sales Management. Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, pain management, or other relevant areas is preferred, with experience in the MS market being particularly desirable. The candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives, along with a documented track record of high performance in sales and leadership. This role requires the ability to maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, as local, regional, and occasional overnight travel will be necessary. The candidate should also be able to secure and maintain industry-standard credentialing requirements and build positive relationships with healthcare providers and customer facilities. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as strong analytical and business acumen. The candidate must reside near a major airport within the district and be able to maintain effectiveness in an innovative work environment, with experience in small company and start-up environments being advantageous. The position requires the ability to travel up to 75%.
