A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $300,000-350,000. on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure. Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited Neurology residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology (ABPN).
Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Illinois.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of adult patients with neurological disorders.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neurosurgery, critical care, and rehabilitation specialists.
Participate in hospital call coverage and inpatient consultations.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.
Educate patients and families regarding neurological health, treatment plans, and preventive care
