The ideal candidate will be a skilled clinician with a passion for diagnosing and managing a wide spectrum of neurological conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited Neurology residency program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology (ABPN).
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Illinois.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of adult patients with neurological disorders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neurosurgery, critical care, and rehabilitation specialists.
- Participate in hospital call coverage and inpatient consultations.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.
- Educate patients and families regarding neurological health, treatment plans, and preventive care
