About The Position

MPOWERHealth is seeking a board-certified Neurologist with expertise in electrophysiology to join our remote neuromonitoring team. As a critical member of our team, you will provide expert interpretation of intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) studies to optimize patient care nationwide. Requirements

• Board-certified Neurologist with expertise in electrophysiology.
• Fellowship in clinical neurophysiology required, a doctorate in the field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of intraoperative neuromonitoring modalities (e.g., SSEPs, MEPs, BAERs, EMG).
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and perioperative care.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Prior experience in IONM is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate analysis of intraoperative neuromonitoring data and effectively communicate findings to surgical teams.
• Integrate electrophysiological findings with patient's clinical status to inform surgical decision-making.
• Conduct thorough post-operative case reviews and generate detailed reports.
• Participate in initiatives to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of neuromonitoring services.
• Stay up to date on the latest advancements in neuromonitoring.
