Case Mix: Will see complex spine cases (No airway certifications required)
Required Procedures:
- General Neurosurgery (Adult & Trauma)
- Spinal surgery w/ & w/o instrumentation
- Placement of ICP monitors
No. of Exam Rooms: 2 -3
Trauma Level: III
EMR: Epic
Other Info: Need to submit during the privileging process 100 cases within the past 24 months specific to the privileges being requested.

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Requirements

• Active CA License
• BC
• CA DEA
• Clean record
• FLURO certification (can have the temp Fluro)
• At least 2 yrs of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty.
• Gaps more than 3 months must be explained
• Current number of case logs
