The CNP Technologist role is part of our multi-skilled Neurodiagnostic team,
performing procedures including Electroencephalography (EEG), Evoked Potentials,
Autonomic Testing, and/or Nerve Conduction Studies. Our technologists ensure
exceptional patient preparation, accurate data acquisition, and a safe,
high-quality testing environment. As part of Mayo Clinic’s growing Neurology
department, you will work with cutting-edge technology while contributing to
meaningful patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality routine and ambulatory EEG hookups, recordings, uploads, and disconnects in a clinic or outpatient lab setting
• Prepare and support patients throughout testing, ensuring comfort, safety, and understanding of the procedure
• Ensure clean, reliable EEG data through strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Accurately document your technical findings to support timely physician interpretation and patient care pathways.
• Support the development of future technologists by mentoring students and trainees.
• Contribute to a progressive, innovation‑focused EEG program with opportunities to grow
