Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduated (or will graduate soon) from an accredited neurodiagnostic program or 2 years equivalent neurodiagnostic tech experience.
• BLS certification.
• Within two years of employment, specific certification (R. EEG T., R. EP T., CNIM, CLTM, CAP, ABEM, CNCT, R.NCS.T.) is required in the laboratory of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform electroencephalography (EEG), Evoked Potentials, Autonomic, and/or Nerve Conduction Studies.
• Complete and accurate patient preparation.
• Data acquisition and providing a safe testing environment.
• Demonstrate minimum competency, skill, and knowledge in neurodiagnostic procedural testing in the area of hire.
