Neuro Physical Therapist- Full-Time or PRN Location: Allaire Rehab and Nursing Salary range: $40-$60/hr Make a Difference Every Day at Allaire Rehab and Nursing! We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of NJ
• Current CPR certification
• Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply - mentorship available

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with neurological impairments
• Address a range of needs including mobility, strengthening, coordination, balance, pain and contracture management
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
• Document and track progress toward measurable goals in accordance with regulatory standards
• Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on their plan of care and therapy goals
