We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. Requirements

• Valid Occupational Therapy License in the state of NJ
• Current CPR certification
• Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with neurological impairments
• Address a range of needs including community reintegration, self-care, fine and gross motor skills, social skills, ADL's, IADL's, and leisure skills
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
• Document and track progress toward measurable goals in accordance with regulatory standards
• Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on their plan of care and therapy goals.
