About The Position

We are seeking a Network Engineer with a strong background in network infrastructure and hardware. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in an information technology-related field with a focus on network engineering. This role requires the ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot various network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers. The candidate should also possess knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols, as well as the ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for designing and planning network communication systems. Additionally, the candidate must be able to provide specific detailed information for hardware and software selection and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology related field with a network engineering focus.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
• Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
• Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable and flexible when necessary.
• Network security experience.
• LAN and WAN experience.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in CIS/Engineering/Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Design or related field.
• Hands-on experience in network technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
