About The Position

Supermicro is seeking an Entry-Level Networking & Software Solutions Engineer to contribute to the design and development of next-generation network solutions optimized for AI workloads. Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in networking, DevOps, or software engineering roles.
Working knowledge of:
Data center networks and related protocols.
Python for scripting and tool development.

Responsibilities

Support the design, validation, and deployment of AI fabrics and network software solutions.
Assist in prototyping and integrating AI-based applications into existing systems.
Contribute to proof-of-concept (PoC) efforts with partner solutions and integration workflows.
Work with technologies such as Kubernetes, Slurm, and host-side networking to enable scalable and efficient compute environments.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop software-defined networking solutions.
Create and maintain automation scripts and workflows using Ansible and Python to improve operational efficiency.
Analyze and optimize data flow across distributed systems to ensure performance and scalability.
Contribute to the development of internal tools, technical documentation, and process enhancements.
