Requirements

• 8 years of Network engineering experience
• Minimum of 5 years of Network data and Voice/IP telephony
• Minimum of 5 years of Cisco routers and switches
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with IP voice solutions (Genesys, Mitel, Nortel)
• Minimum of 2 years of SD WAN experience using Velo Cloud
• Experience with IP Telephony (preferably Ring Central) or Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
• HS Diploma / GED

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor or Associate's degree
• CCNA or CCNP certification
• Infoblox DDI
• Experience with Aruba Central for CX switches AP management
• Experience with Clear Pass, RADIUS, AAA

Responsibilities

• Support daily BAU issues for Data and Voice
• Responsible for providing P2 and P1 support for Network Data, Voice, and IP Telephony incident
• Work closely with client lead to understand the requirements and coordinate with offshore team
