We are dedicated to delivering impactful results to meet mission goals through cutting-edge technology and expertise. We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector. The individual selected for this position will support the customer's organization that provides video engineering services on a global scale. The enterprise supports a carrier class WAN, complex and diverse campus. This position will provide systems/network engineering support to the customer's mission partners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 11 years' experience
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degrees preferred
• Experience with teleconferencing codecs (Polycom, Cisco)
• Proficiency in testing and evaluating A/V equipment (microphones, cameras, displays)
• Experience designing A/V solutions for video conferencing and streaming
• Familiarity with Visio for network diagrams and technical documentation
• Experience with Polycom and Cisco VTC systems (configuration and troubleshooting)
• Skills in designing and maintaining testing documentation (test plans, cases, reports)
• Government issued clearance and poly are required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Trident V2CDS, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and firewall troubleshooting (SIP, H.323)
• Familiarity with other UC systems (Avaya, Microsoft, Oracle) and Cisco UC solutions (CUCM, CUBE, CMS)
• Experience with VMware ESXi hypervisor servers

Responsibilities

• Understanding LAN/WAN operations, protocols, architectures, and topologies
• Knowledge of security policies, risk management, and vulnerability assessments
• Familiarity with video conferencing, streaming, and content delivery networks
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting networking devices (multiplexors, firewalls, etc.)
• Knowledge of security assessments and compliance frameworks for video and communications systems
• Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Adaptability to changing priorities and technologies
