The team is responsible for shielding the company’s systems from security risks, while designing technology strategies that enable AIG’s businesses to achieve their goals. AIG’s Information Technology functions include enterprise architecture, software and systems engineering, cybersecurity, and technology risk and compliance. About the role The Network Operational Tooling and Automation Architect will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of capabilities to optimize end user experience, performance, scalability, observability and reliability of complex network infrastructures through modern tooling and automation. This role requires deep expertise in next generation cloud managed AIOps solutions such as Juniper Mist, Palo Alto ADEM and overall highly proficient in network automation frameworks, scripting, and orchestration tools. This leader will work side by side with network engineering to deploy the operational stack needed to support AIG’s ongoing global network and security modernization program and enable operation’s needs in areas such as network provisioning, operations, performance management, monitoring, and troubleshooting uniformly across the enterprise branch, data center and cloud environments.
