About The Position

As a Network Targeting Analyst at Parsons, you will work with development teams and mission owners to find and interpret the best data to provide to the customer; “the needle in the haystack of needles.” Strong understanding of networks, telecommunications systems, and protocols is required for this position.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor of Science in engineering, scientific, technical discipline, or comparable work experience
Must have active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance
3+ years of Wireshark or similar network analysis tools
Fundamental understanding of networks, routers, and protocols (e.g. Ethernet, TCP/IP, etc)
Problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Leverage a wide variety of tools to pinpoint relevant information and provide timely feedback to stakeholders to ensure mission success.
Work with large datasets, choosing the proper tools to organize and analyze
Analyze packet data and binary data to extract valuable information
Interact daily with customers, developers, and other project stakeholders
Reverse Engineering and/or Protocol Reverse Engineering and/or Device/Network Fingerprinting
