This full-time position involves providing technical assistance and support for customer-owned networks and a wide range of special services, including network, phone, and wireless solutions to HCTC customers. The role emphasizes delivering 'white glove' service for the installation and setup of networks and equipment. Responsibilities include working with customers to recommend, sell, install, setup, test, and troubleshoot their networks and devices connected to HCTC internet services, in addition to providing customer support, installation, and maintenance of telecom systems.
