Connecting the world requires unique approaches to building and deploying telecom network infrastructure. As a Network Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our internal tools and systems, contributing to the advancement of our telecom OSS/BSS systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development and management of new tools and features that support the build-out and scaling of our network infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of internal tools for telecom OSS/BSS systems.
- Manage the entire product and tool lifecycle from conceptualization to execution.
- Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams (XFNs).
- Drive projects from inception to completion.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience within the telecom industry.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Systems Owner with knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS tools.
- 3+ years of experience designing analytics products and providing business insights.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Technical background in network infrastructure technologies and complex technical systems.
Nice-to-haves
- MBA or Master's in a relevant field.
- Customer-centric mindset with experience in understanding customer needs.
- Experience following Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for project management.
