About The Position

Ensures security and stability of networks and systems by managing maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting issues. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - You install operating system software, patches, and upgrades. You configure, optimize, and monitor operating system software and application software. - You manage various business systems, including user, server, communications, security, file sharing, backups, and enterprise applications. - You setup network equipment, monitoring to ensure its security & optimal performance. Implement & enforce network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls. - You analyze, troubleshoot and resolve system hardware, software, and networking issues. - You maintain the security of our network, applications, and servers through good security practices and maintaining security solutions and processes. - You support endpoint devices, including workstations, cell phones, tablets, printers, and peripherals. - You are passionate about new technology research and diligent in recommending and implementing upgrades, patches, new applications and equipment.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of core infrastructure tools, virtualization, networking, and security concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex network and systems issues.
  • Team player, excellent listener and communicator.
  • Visionary with a strong desire and ability to visualize, articulate and solve both complex and uncomplicated issues in a timely manner.
  • Analytical and strive to gain a complete understanding of the issue before recommending a resolution.
