About The Position
The Network & Systems Administrator delivers exceptional customer service by facilitating the effective use of technology for City of Loveland staff and Public Safety personnel. This includes overseeing the acquisition, implementation, maintenance, and support of computers, networks, and Public Safety applications. Ensure clear, timely, and efficient communication with customers, while staying current on emerging technologies and innovative solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a seasoned technology team supporting Public Safety networks and applications within a top-tier municipal government. The team plays a critical role in maintaining the uninterrupted operation of technical systems for a 24/7 government agency. Their responsibilities cover a broad range of systems, including (but not limited to) network routers, switches, firewalls, storage servers, records management systems, dispatch and communications platforms, camera systems, and various other technical hardware. The work environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and deeply impactful.
