About The Position

TNCC and ITOC personnel provide Tier II customer service support to US ARMY INSCOM customers. Responsible for providing software support to CISCO routers and switches, Dell PCs, Sun Servers, Juniper routers, In-Line Encryption (INE) devices, network security appliances and other related network hardware.

Requirements

• Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI.
• 5 years of experience configuring, operating, and troubleshooting networks.
• Certification Requirements: IAT-2: GSEC, or Security + CE, or SSCP, or CCNA- Security.
• CCNA, or CCENT.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II customer service support to US ARMY INSCOM customers.
• Provide software support to CISCO routers and switches.
• Support Dell PCs, Sun Servers, Juniper routers, and In-Line Encryption (INE) devices.
• Assist with network security appliances and other related network hardware.
