As a Network Support Technician, you will be an integral part of our in-house technical team, responsible for providing exceptional technical support in a dynamic network environment. Your primary role will involve managing incoming requests, overseeing ticket queues, and assisting clients both over the phone and occasionally in person. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be expected to manage tickets using our ticketing system (TK-Tracker2), provide remote support, and monitor various systems and networks to ensure optimal performance. In addition to ticket management, your responsibilities will include supporting endpoints, configuring and managing phone systems, and overseeing antivirus systems. You will also be involved in the installation and support of internet services, as well as the maintenance of our TurnKey TV and Music systems. Firewall support and updates will be part of your duties, along with managing our TurnKey wireless network. You will participate in an on-call rotation, making follow-up calls as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves assisting in the installation, design, configuration, and maintenance of system hardware and software. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and track the nature and resolution of problems, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and effectively. This position may require occasional travel and overtime hours, depending on the needs of the business. While prior experience in technical support is preferred, we are open to hiring and training candidates who demonstrate the ability, integrity, and capacity to succeed in this role.
