Seeking an innovative, energetic, collaborative individual for the position of Network Support Technician. Reporting to the Technology Director, this is a junior level, full-time position. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for the Technology Help Desk. Position will also manage and monitor hardware and software patches to 300+ computers and assist with various Technology projects. Requests for support will be coordinated by the IT team and responses will be communicated, delegated, or responded to directly. The clear communication of intent and expectations is critical in this role. Patch installations will need to be coordinated and clearly communicated to staff and IT team members. Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional work after hours or on weekends. This position requires on-site work and is not eligible for tele-work.
