About The Position

The Network Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to both internal users and external clients of RTC's established network. This role involves diagnosing service issues, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. The technician will also assist field technicians, perform system audits, and manage equipment for customer pick-up. The position requires a strong understanding of telephony, networking concepts, and customer service skills.
