About the position
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure assets.
Requirements
- Ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision.
- Technical problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs as needed.
- Ability to use a ladder.
Nice-to-haves
- Associate's degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or networking related studies. Degree requirement may be substituted with equivalent work experience.
- CompTIA A+ certification and Network + certification.
- One year of experience installing, administering and troubleshooting in a networking/desktop support role.
- One year of experience coordinating the installation of cabling and voice system and network components for new construction and facility relocation.
