MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Network Support Technician Senior, the work you will do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of Army Intelligence. You will play a crucial role in securing enterprise systems, advancing future capabilities while driving smarter solutions.. Lead/Manage/Support: Responsible for monitoring and responding to complex technical control facility hardware and software problems using a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques. Serve as the primary interface with contractor support service groups or provide internal analysis to ensure proper escalation during outages or degraded system performance. Collaborate: Provide Tier I and Tier II support at remote field and garrison sites, working alongside team members and customers to ensure mission success in both austere field environments and garrison locations. Drive: Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair various types of hardware and software while implementing improvements to ensure reliability and performance. Utilize: Perform systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide-area networks, load and maintain cryptographic devices and keys, and provide advice and training to end users.
