About The Position
The Network Support I position is a critical role within the Network & Security Operations Center (NSOC) at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. This role involves providing 24/7 operational support, maintenance, and help desk services to Next Generation 911 customers, ensuring effective service delivery to public safety entities serving over 20 million citizens. The Network Support Analyst will be responsible for incident management, monitoring system alerts, and facilitating customer support, all while maintaining high standards of service and compliance with Service Level Agreements.
