About The Position

Summary: The Network Strategy Planning & Delivery Lead manages cross‑divisional strategic initiatives, cost‑saving programs, and enterprise planning efforts while ensuring strong coordination with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization. This role will be responsible for supporting governance structures and accountability through centralized tracking systems, and drive adoption of analytics tools and strategic processes to support organizational performance. They will ensure alignment with corporate strategy, uphold the company’s mission and values, and contribute to high‑impact initiatives that advance enterprise‑wide goals. Essential Accountabilities: Manages cross divisional projects in collaboration with divisional leaders. Leads, supports, and participates in strategic and tactical project, program and business planning, requiring close communication and interaction with senior leaders. Serve as the lead project manager for cost initiatives, including timeline development, resource coordination, milestone tracking and any additional project planning support needed. Maintain and enhance the centralized database for tracking action items, ensuring timely updates, accountability, and visibility across divisions. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support divisional cost saving strategy and initiatives. Prepare and present strategic insights, progress reports, and savings outcomes to leadership and forum participants. Support analytics governance framework to ensure data integrity and adherence to enterprise standards. Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between Population Health & Equity (PHE) and Finance to align on cost & quality reporting use cases with strategic priorities and operational needs. Insight Translation: Synthesize complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership, supporting enterprise planning and performance improvement. Adoption & Engagement: Promote adoption of cost/quality analytics tools and practices across business units through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborates within the division and across the enterprise the coordination and implementation of strategic key initiatives and board goals. Support divisional strategy work and development in alignment with corporate strategy planning process. Performs other functions as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, marketing, business administration or related field. In lieu of degree, a minimum of six (6) years of health plan operations, project management, compliance or experience in a related field. Six (6) years health plan, health insurance, project management or relevant experience required. Strong leadership and/or management experience preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills and experience. Strong persuasive and effective communication, presentation, people, and management skills. Ability to present clear and concise information to all levels of the organization. Ability to think strategically, craft a vision and develop robust operational action plans. Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide proactive and creative solutions to business problems. Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of business and workflow problems and determine innovative sources for solutions and opportunities. Demonstrated flexibility, knowledge, and judgment to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously. Ability to make critical decisions impacting the department and division. Must possess strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to establish collaborative, effective relationships with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership in order to execute cross-divisional initiatives. Demonstrates understanding of federal and state regulations impacting the business areas within the division; familiar with divisional and Health Plan requirements relative to regulatory audits and enforcement actions; and understands the regulatory risks faced by their division. Ability to establish collaborative, effective relationships with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership in order to execute cross-divisional initiatives. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a home office for continuous periods of time for business continuity. Ability to travel across the Health Plan service region for meetings and/or trainings as needed. The ability to hear, understand, and speak clearly while using a phone, with or without a headset. Equal Opportunity Employer Compensation Range(s): Grade E6: Minimum $79,068 - Maximum $142,322 The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position’s minimum qualifications, in addition to internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package.
