Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience across networking, security, or systems engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with network infrastructure, firewalls, Windows administration, and scripting
  • Active TS/SCI clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • CCNA, JunOS , Cloud Architect or equivalent technical certifications
  • Experience using software including VMware, Veeam and WinRE

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Monitor performance and availability; troubleshoot latency, packet loss, and connectivity issues and implement scalability improvements.
  • Perform capacity planning, optimization, patching, compliance hardening, and lifecycle upgrades.
  • Manage VPNs, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and network access controls.
  • Install, configure, patch, and upgrade network devices following formal change management and high-availability testing.
  • Design, configure, and maintain firewall policies and rule sets controlling traffic between internal, external, and cloud environments.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers and enterprise applications.
  • Maintain network diagrams, IP inventories, configurations, system documentation, SOPs, data structures, and reporting.
