About The Position
As a Network Relations Consultant at Johns Hopkins Health Plans (JHHP), you will play a crucial role in enhancing the delivery of healthcare services by developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with network providers across all lines of business. This remote position allows you to work flexibly while contributing to the mission of improving healthcare access and quality. You will act as a liaison between network providers and JHHP, ensuring that network access standards are met and compliance with provider contracts and regulatory processes is maintained. Your responsibilities will include promoting JHHP's strategic initiatives and providing extensive training on all lines of business to ensure that network providers are well-informed about updated policies and procedures. In this role, you will educate and train providers on JHHP systems and quality goals, maintaining ongoing communication with providers in your assigned territory. You will facilitate regular provider meetings and ensure timely assistance and resolution of any issues that arise. Your ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with diverse groups of physicians, office staff, and business associates will be essential to your success.
